We've had several people reporting this issue, but not been able to replicate it ourselves. Can yoi please share what browser and operating system you're using?
I'm having the same problem. I also notice I need to click the submit button twice. So perhaps the form is being double submitted, and the second submit is wiping out the original captcha?
